Email us on helpline@womensaid.org.uk – a fully trained support worker will respond to your email within 5 working days.
In your email, please let us know that it is safe for us to reply to you. If you are worried someone has access to that email account, or if you are unsure – then we cannot respond. This is to keep you safe.
You can email about a range of topics from discussing what abuse is, how to keep safe, emotional support after an abusive relationship has ended or if you are worried about a friend or family member.
