About
At Love Respect, we want you to be empowered and feel confident to talk about what abuse is and understand what a healthy and unhealthy relationship looks like, so you can spot the signs for yourself.
We believe love shouldn’t feel bad, and that everyone has a right to be safe and happy.
We are here to help you figure out what you can do if you, or someone you know is in an unsafe relationship and support you to get help and advice.
We do this by providing lots of helpful resources on this website – so you can read, watch, and listen to the information you need to keep you and others safe.
Your Stories
This project would not have been possible without the help of our young survivors, Chlo, Bekky and Sophie Y. They have been with us from the beginning, telling us their stories, telling us where we’re going wrong, giving us great ideas, and helping us to make sure that young survivors’ voices are heard. They have been where you might be now and have come out of the other side to be brave and inspiring survivors. Thank you, our heroes!

Get Involved
Your feedback is important to us! To keep helping young people like you, we’d love to hear your thoughts. Maybe you’ve seen something here which has helped, or you think something is missing, – we’d love to hear from you.
We’d also like to hear from young people who have experienced abuse and feel ready to tell their stories. This can help others recognise the signs of what may be described as a toxic relationship and get support.
Please contact loverespect@womensaid.org.uk or DM us on Instagram: @womens_aid.
If you have experienced abuse and are ready to tell your story, have any questions or want to give us feedback, we are always looking to hear your voice. Please contact loverespect@womensaid.org.uk or DM us on Instagram: @womens_aid.
